For the last three years, SuccessFactors has appeared in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM suites for midmarket and large enterprises competing with applications like Ceridian and HealthcareSource.

The standard SuccessFactors integration can be used with or without Swifthire and requires minimal, permissions-based configuration within the application. Consistent with other standard connectors in Integration Manager, integration configuration and client onboarding can be achieved in less than a week. For this connector, however, a SuccessFactors consultant is needed in order to complete the security and access configuration within the SF application. In most cases, your client can provide a contact, however we’re happy to recommend one should you need it.
